Yes, you can describe the rug you want, or send us a drawing and we will design and quote the rug to you, send you carpet color samples by mail for your approval, and execute and ship your rug. We have provided custom designed rugs to our internet customers since 1999 and all our customers have been delighted with the results.

2. Your rugs are so unique and beautiful. How do you make these rugs?

Sorry, we use a proprietary technique that we do not care to divulge. What is more important is the care with which we make our rugs. All of are rugs are handcrafted, using the best quality carpet and materials available. Your custom rug, when properly cared for may become a heirloom in your family, or give you years of use in your business.

3. Are your rugs expensive?

Custom rugs cost about the same as fine oriental rugs. Unlike oriental rugs, our custom rugs can be designed to fit into any decor. Our custom rugs are an excellent value. We believe that the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a cheap price is forgotten.

4. Do you offer any quarantee?

Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on workmanship for our residential rugs and time limited workmanship warranties on our commercial rugs. All warranties are dependent on the rug being properly cared for and regularly professionally cleaned.

5. Can you match the flowers on my wallpaper?

Yes, simply send up a photograph of what you wish to duplicate and we can match it.
